It’s almost if Microsoft had advocated for citizen infrastructure for artificial intelligence, they could have avoided price gouging at the hardware supply chain layer with their younger, more nimble competition, instead they accidentally cannibalized their video game console market, which is their primary driver for future developers, by giving them a vision and a reason to dream about wanting to learn how to make something beautiful to share with the world.
